Terms and Conditions for Auto Pay

The terms and conditions as follows govern the usage by you, our customer, for the auto pay system. Please read the terms and conditions of this agreement carefully, and if you agree, select the auto pay service. By doing so, you (our customer) acknowledge and accept to be bound by the provisions of this agreement for the use of the auto pay service. If you are not willing to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below, DO NOT sign up for the auto pay service.

By signing up for the auto-pay system, you are granting us the permission to charge your credit card for the amount owed on the billing date, not the due date. For residential quarterly bills, your card will be charged on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1, or in case the 1st falls during the weekend, it can be on the 2nd or 3rd of those months.

For commercial monthly accounts, payments will be charged the 1st for all twelve months of the year or the first weekday of each month.

You are responsible for maintaining a cushion of the amount of the bill to be available for us to deduct the automatic payment.

Automatic payments will save you the time of writing checks, mailing payments, and will ensure your payments are never late. However, there are downsides to auto pay. You will no longer receive statements. You will be responsible for keeping track of the billing dates and the service period those bills cover. You will also be responsible for checking to make sure your scheduled payment has gone through as expected by checking your charge card statement. In cases of it not going through, you may be subject to late fees.

You are required to contact us in cases of card cancellations and expiration date changes or declined payments.

Automatic payments are as simple as a phone call to undo. Please contact us to make the change.

If you agree to these terms and conditions, please click the button below to pay your current bill and enroll in the auto pay program. You will use the same credentials to login as normal.
